    Packaging, Confirmation & Delivery of Products:

    All purchases made by will be packaged and will be dispatched safely. Once a customer makes an online order, he/she will receive a confirmation mail of all details mentioned about product purchased. commits to deliver the products on/before the date mentioned on the confirmation mail sent to customer excluding bank and national holidays. Product purchased will be send to the address mentioned. We use Royal Mail Next Day Recorded delivery service for most of our products, which usually arrived within 1-2 working days.

    Delivery of Products Conditions:

    Customer unavailable on the day of delivery

    If the customer is not available on the delivery place, then the customer will receive a left card. Once the customer calls and confirms the delivery date, on which he/she is available, then we will make a second attempt of delivery.

    Delay in delivery

    Always a delivery date is mentioned for all products purchased by If the customer doesn’t receive the product on the mentioned date, then he/she can directly submit a complaint to and further action will be taken from there.

    Loss of product parcel

    If the parcel has not been received or has been lost, the customer has 10 working days to declare the loss of a parcel. If the loss of parcel complaint is made within the time mentioned, then will make an attempt to deliver the product and will complete the claim process keeping in mind, all information collected.The final response related to claims is given by the carrier within a one to three-week period.

    Confirmation of receipt of product

    All products purchased from will be delivered to the customer on the address mentioned. Once the product is received by the customer, an acknowledgement will be required in the form of signature of the customer.

    Mistaken invoice for product

    If any mistake has been committed by customer while making a purchase online, then it should be informed to via mail/call in the allocated time duration.
